memberships and pay full dues. Any Associate joining in the fourth
quarter of a year is required to pay a full year’s dues and that new
Associate is a member in good standing until the end of the next

community where an on-site manager exists must have a separate
membership from the individual, corporate, partnership or other
multifamily apartment community (49 units or less) on the same plot of
