Seminar Facilitator: This seminar will be led by Amy Kosnikowski owner and founder of Quintessential Marketing and Training company in Charlotte, NC. Amy began her multi-family career onsite over 16 years ago as a leasing consultant with Summit Properties where through time and talent she became the national market and training director. It was not long before Amy and her associates found that her true gifts were in leasing, marketing and training. Prior to her current position as owner of Quintessential training and marketing, Amy worked with the Rent Net Team, CWS Apartment Homes as a regional marketing manager, and director of marketing for Oakwood Worldwide.

Registration Polices: Registration deadline is 01/05/06. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received by December 15, 2005 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received by December 22, 2005 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations received by December 29, 2005 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received by January 05, 2006 will receive a 25 % refund. Cancellations received less than one week prior to seminar will not be entitled to any refund.
