TOTS TUBS OF LOVE CAMPAIGN
to benefit the Raleigh Rescue Mission
The Public Relations and Community Outreach Committee wishes to express a sincere “Thank You” to all the participants of the “Mission Possible” Holiday Community Outreach campaign which benefited the Raleigh Rescue Mission. In total, TAA members donated over 75 one-gallon tubs, collecting more than 1100 items for infants and young children. Items ranged from cans of formula to bottles, bibs and pacifiers. There were blankets, diapers, tubs of baby wipes, oil and shampoo, plus outfits for newborns and young children (too cute!). And of course toys, toys, and more toys!
TAA member firms responded to the call from the PR Committee by asking their residents and clients to collect new items for infants and children during the holiday season. On December 11th, participants dropped off the items at the TAA offices and were greeted by Santa’s helpers, along with some coffee and refreshments. Special thanks are extended to American Furniture Rentals for donating one of their trucks to deliver the items to the Mission.
