Please read the following guidelines before placing an ad on the TAA Job Bank. Fill out all of the fields in as much detail to receive the most talented and qualified employees. Feel free to print out your information before hitting Submit. Once you hit submit, the posting is processed for approval at TAA before becoming a live post on the website.
Once your post has been processed, it must be approved by TAA and will appear on the Job Bank within one (1) business day. Minor changes from the original job posting submission can be made free of charge but you may not replace one position with another. If changes to the job posting are major, such as changing the entire job description or position, it would then be considered a new job post submission, will need to be resubmitted, and is subject to the 30-day flat rate of $125. To make changes, or to cancel a job posting early (before the submitted 30-day closing date), simply email vgibson@triangleaptassn.org. Please allow up to one business day for updates to be made. Please note that early cancellations will not be pro-rated and you will be charged the flat fee for a 30-day post.
Job Bank Advertising Rates: As of June 1, 2011 the charge for posting one job opening per job posting is $125 for TAA members. This is a flat rate for 30 days and fees are not prorated nor are postings exchangeable for early cancellations. The Non-member rate is $225 for a 30-day job posting. Current member firms can be invoiced. Credit Card payments are also accepted. Job postings containing more than 1 job per post will be charged $275 for members and $375 for non-members.
Is your company holding a Career Fair? TAA is happy to create a banner ad displayed at the top of the TAA Job Bank web page. The flat member rate for 30 days $225 and fees are not prorated nor are postings exchangeable for early cancellations. The non-member rate is $325 for a 30- day posting. Please add $25 to the member rate if TAA creates your ad and $50 to non-member.
