Thursday, October 18, the Triangle Apartment Association is hosting both Maintenance Mania® and Service Appreciation Night at the PNC Arena. Both events are focused on our valued Service Team Members.

MAINTENANCE MANIA®
Maintenance Mania® is a national program offered by the National Apartment Association with HD Supply as the Presenting Sponsor. Maintenance technicians compete against each other in various skill-based games. This is a fun event for both competitors and spectators!
We encourage our Management Company and Apartment Community Teams to show their spirit and support for their Maintenance Team Members who are competing. What does that mean? Come to the event. SERVICE APPRECIATION
Service Appreciation will immediately follow Maintenance Mania® on the floor of the PNC Arena. This is a dinner event that allows us the opportunity to thank our Service Team Members for all they do day in and day out at their respective Apartment Communities and Management Companies.
This year, the Maintenance Mania® winners will be announced during Service Appreciation so plan to join us for both events, back to back.
When you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the following documents: (1) Participant Information Form & Liability Waiver and (2) Participant Rule Book (available in both English and Spanish). Click here to view more about the events!
Maintenance Mania
- Awards and prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place for each of the skill-based games, the Race Car Competition and the Overall Winners. There will also be a “Spirit Award” which will be presented to the winning Management Company. And, there will be a “Best Use of Maintenance Supplies” and “People’s Choice” awarded for the Race Car Competition. Important to Note: This event serves as a Qualifying Program for the 2019 Maintenance Mania® National Championship.
Service Appreciation
- Throughout this event, our Service Team Members will have the opportunity to win raffle prizes.
During the competition, you will be able to enjoy popcorn, jumbo pretzels, nachos, soda and water as part of your registration. A Cash/Credit Card Bar will be available. For dinner, during Service Appreciation, you will be able to enjoy the Pig Pickin’ menu including NC BBQ Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Cole Slaw, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Hushpuppies, Rolls, Banana Pudding, Tea and Water. A Cash/Credit Card Bar will be available.
