Request for Proposals (RFP) - Downtown Rental Housing Development Submission With Addendum Due August 25

RFP Due on Friday, August 25 at 4:00 PM

Prospective proposers must submit their proposal for the Downtown Rental Development RFP no later than Friday, August 25 at 4:00 PM. The City issued an addendum which must be submitted with the RFP proposal to be considered complete.

About the RFP

The City is seeking proposals for the development of rental housing on two City-owned lots to be made available through a long-term land lease. To be considered, proposals must set aside at least 20% of the total units within the development as affordable rental units to households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
