Eviction lab scorecards: developed a policy scorecard for each state, cataloging newly-released emergency orders, declarations, and legislation into a clear set of critical measures included in, and left out of, state-level pandemic responses related to eviction and housing. https://evictionlab.org/covid-policy-scorecard/

Federal Moratoriums: this website allows tenants to see if their property falls under the CARES act eviction moratorium protections. This report only contains about 50%-60% of properties nationwide. https://nlihc.org/federal-moratoriums
