Who is XCEL? When the XCEL Committee began, it focused on young professionals. However, the group quickly realized that the focus should be on new professionals to the industry. Our committee includes both new industry professionals and more seasoned ones. There is a good mix of Supplier Partners and Owner/Operators (on-site and corporate team members).

This committee plans and hosts the Rise & Grind Series, has produced Blog posts, and hosts Happy Hour Headshots (at different TAA events) to provide an affordable headshot opportunity while raising money through donations for a chosen charity. Most recently, the group has raised money for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.

Our committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month at the TAA Office (zoom link available) from 9 am – 10 am. There is a standing invitation for all TAA members to join us. And, REMEMBER – if your company is a TAA members, you are a TAA member!
