Chris Williams

Chris Williams is a National Account Manager with RentPath, LLC, a digital marketing and business solutions company that is dedicated to serving the multifamily industry. With 17 years of experience in the apartment industry and as a member of the TAA, he has served on the TAA Board of Directors for 2 years, TAA's A New Lease on Life Board of Directors for 2 years, and the PR & Community Outreach committee for 7 years - 3-years of those yearss as the committee Co-Chair. During this time, the PR & Community Outreach committee helped create A New Lease on Life (NLOL), TAA's transitional housing program designed to help families who have become homeless get back on their feet. Prior to joining RentPath, he spent 11 years in various onsite roles including Property Manager overseeing both new construction and stabilized assets. He also served as a Sales Trainer for Altman Management working with the Director of Training for Signature Sales Classes as well as providing field training and comprehensive development of marketing plans for challenged assets. Chris is a graduate of North Carolina State University and remains a proud Wolfpack alumnus. When not working, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with charitable organizations.
