Jessica Lei

Jessica Lei serves as District Manager for Camden Property Trust in Raleigh, NC, bringing over 15 years of multifamily industry experience. Her career has included roles as Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and General Manager, giving her a well-rounded perspective on property operations and team leadership. Jessica is an engaged member of the Triangle Apartment Association, having served as Co-Chair of the PR & Community Outreach Committee from 2020 to 2022. She is currently in her first term on the TAA Board of Directors and is a passionate supporter of Leadership Development initiatives within the industry.

Originally from Miami, FL, Jessica is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in Broadcasting and a minor in Broadcast Sales from Western Carolina University. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and two Australian Labradoodles, staying active at the gym, attending live music events, and reading thriller novels.
