Professional Bio
Stephanie Coble is a Senior Multi-Site Community Manager for Cortland, overseeing communities in the Triangle market. With over 13 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, she has held progressive roles including Leasing Consultant, Resident Experience Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Community Manager. Stephanie has previously worked with respected companies such as Bell Partners, First Communities, and Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors in both the Charlotte and Raleigh markets and she relocated to the Raleigh area in 2016.
Stephanie earned her CAM certification and became a Notary Public in 2018. She was selected for the 2024 Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) Leadership Lyceum, is a 2025 participant in the National Apartment Association (NAA) Advocacy Academy and was selected to be a part of the 2026 AANC Leadership Lyceum program. Her expertise spans Class A communities, lease-ups, mid-rise developments, distressed assets, and full property renovations—including in-unit and amenity upgrades.
A dedicated industry advocate, Stephanie actively volunteers with the TAA and the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC). She serves on the Government Affairs Committee, PAC Board of Trustees, and Board of Directors, and contributes to the Finance Sub-Committee and Maintenance Task Force. She also currently serves as President of the TAA PAC.
Stephanie studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and also attended Paul Mitchell. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, being on the water, attending concerts, and watching crime documentaries while crocheting with her cat by her side. She’s also a proud season ticket holder for the Carolina Hurricanes.
