Sydney Partin

Sydney Partin is an experienced recruiter who seamlessly blends her passion for people with the dynamic world of multifamily. With over a decade of successful problem-solving and continuous growth, she brings a wealth of expertise to connect top talent with lasting opportunities in a creative and effective manner.

She currently leads talent acquisition efforts across North Carolina for Greystar, drawing from a background that includes on-site property management and recruiting within the supplier space. This well-rounded experience helps her understand the needs of both candidates and hiring teams, enabling her to approach each search with a comprehensive perspective.

Sydney is actively involved in the multifamily community and is deeply committed to its continued growth. She serves on the Board of Directors for both the Triangle Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of North Carolina. Additionally, she is a New Member Ambassador and part of the PR and Community Outreach Committee at TAA, as well as volunteering on the Multifamily Careers Awareness Committee with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the Membership Committee with AANC.

Sydney holds her Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) credential through the National Apartment Association Education Institute and is a proud Leadership Lyceum graduate of both AANC (2023) and TAA (2024). She is also a proud alum of North Carolina State University - Go Wolfpack!
