Fair Housing and Beyond Webinar

Fair housing violations continue to present day-to-day issues within the rental housing community. With this in mind, there is always a need for fair housing training and the rental housing industry has been addressing this need for over 40 years.

Hosted by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), this seminar is conveniently offered online through a webinar, aimed to prepare you for today’s issues in fair housing.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Classes protected under federal anti-discrimination law
  • State or local government protections that may exceed federal protections
  • Fair housing rights that extend to all residents and guests of lease signatories
  • The latest fair housing issues, including emotional support animals, hoarding, occupancy, accessibility, and criminal background checks

Educate yourself and help TAA at the same time! TAA will receive a revenue share of 50% (after instructor fees) from NAAEI for each person who registers from our affiliate!
