Relocating to North Carolina, Brad assumed the role of general manager at AJET Plumbing & Services. In just a year, he orchestrated a targeted shift within the company, exclusively focusing on the multi-family housing industry. Under his leadership, the company's workforce doubled, and an onsite training facility was established to foster employee development.
