Register before November 5 at 12:00 pm:

Members: $135 | Non-Members: $150 | Tables: $235

*Table reservation includes a table reserved for 10 people. If you have 10 individuals who would like to sit together (individual tickets purchased separately), you can reserve a table with your property or company name displayed. Reservations will be accepted first come, first-served.

Attire: Formal/Black-tie Optional
