Event Details

Are you a landlord in Wake County? Would you like to save time and money, and get help finding residents?

You have an opportunity to positively impact the lives of those at risk of becoming or currently experiencing homelessness while also ensuring your business needs are met through participating in the House Wake! program.

House Wake! uses a Housing Navigation Team to provide housing opportunities for individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness. The Housing Navigation Team will also address issues that may delay a household’s access to housing, such as credit history, debt issues, and legal matters.

By working with the Housing Navigation Team through House Wake!, you can help those at risk of becoming or currently experiencing homelessness increase their independence by renting them safe and affordable places to live.

Program Benefits for Participating Landlords:

  • Financial Support
  • Resident Case-Management & Support
  • Reduced Vacancy
  • Limited Turnover
  • Risk-Mitigation Funds
  • Regular Unit Inspections
Join us for a virtual information session about the House Wake! program and how you can get involved.
