Rick Picquet, CAMT, is the Director of Maintenance with Bell Partners, Inc., and has 20+ years in the apartment industry. Rick has played a vital role in the implementation and innovations of maintenance within the Bell Partners, Inc. organization. His contributions to his team and colleagues have substantially elevated the overall maintenance department.
He holds the Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) credential, EPA/North Carolina Lead Renovator, CPO, and CFC certifications, and is an EPA proctor. Rick currently serves on the TAA Board of Directors, the TAA Education Committee, and in his free time, Rick loves going to NC State football games, preparing BBQs, and taking trips with his wife and daughter.
