Join us for TAA-PAC's Second Quarter Breakfast Meeting. Our guest speaker for the event will be Congresswoman Valerie P. Foushee.

Registration Cost: $20

Please note that Triangle Apartment Association is celebrating 40 years in the multifamily housing industry in 2024. You may contribute an extra $40 during registration to help TAA commemorate their 40 year anniversary.

*TAA-PAC Members in the Senate, Vice President, and President Club are entitled to free admission as outlined in the membership breakdown. If you would like to register to utilize your free admission, please email Kim Ratliff.

The TAA-PAC holds quarterly breakfast events with local elected officials from all levels of government including federal, state, and local officials. The event is an opportunity to meet and network with the policymakers whose work affects the industry.

Valerie Foushee is the federal representative for North Carolina’s Fourth District which includes Alamance, Durham, Granville, Orange, and Person Counties and parts of Caswell County. Before she began serving in Congress, Valerie worked as an administrator for the Chapel Hill police department and served 25 years as a local and state elected official. 

In Congress, Valerie serves on the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, with Ranking Member roles in both.

Valerie was born and raised in Orange County and received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Stanley, and they are parents of two sons and one grandson.
