We are honored to welcome Raleigh Mayor Janet Cowell and Durham Mayor Leo Williams as our special guest speakers. They’ll share an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at what lies ahead for the multifamily housing industry and how local policies are shaping its future.

About TAA-PAC Breakfast Events:

The TAA-PAC holds breakfast events with local elected officials from all levels of government, including federal, state, and local officials. The event provides an opportunity to meet and network with policymakers whose work directly impacts the industry. 

**Please note this is a PAC Fundraising event and we are only able to accept personal donations for the event.**

Sponsor this TAA-PAC meeting for a unique opportunity to gain exposure for your company. Meet and impact key individuals in the rental housing industry.

Sponsorship dates are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Once you purchase the sponsorship online, date selection can be secured in the order sponsorships purchases are received.

$575 investment per meeting. Each meeting is exclusive to one company.
