Presented by Chris Laughman, Vice President of Corporate Sustainability for Conservice

In this XCEL Rise & Grind presentation, we will explore ESG* and learn how ESG might impact the operation of our properties. You will gain insight into leveraging data, complying with regulatory requirements, and reducing risk.

In this session, we will cover:

  • What is ESG and how might it affect your properties
  • How to acquire data and leverage it to focus on where it matters most
  • What is GRESB, and all the other acronyms you may have heard and what might they mean
  • Where you should start

*ESG means using Environmental, Social, and Governance factors to evaluate companies and countries on how far advanced they are with sustainability.
