We are a towing and recovery company with lots in Wendell North Carolina and Raleigh North Carolina. We specialize in PPI, and currently service four counties including wake Nash Johnson and Franklin. What separates us from every other company is our dedication to proof. Every truck must have a front and rear camera several of our trucks implement a 360 camera and all of our drivers must wear a body camera. This alleviates any questions that may arise from us providing a service and allows any conversation that may be had to be fully vetted. We also take pictures of every violation before and after the tow as well as pictures of every angle of the vehicle to alleviate any damage claims. We provide free signage free stickers free hanging tags and we install all the signage free of charge. We have been in business since 1997 and have an impeccable record of being one of the most hard working honest and dependable companies in the area. We currently serve approximately 97 accounts and 11 police departments by being on their rotation. Our drivers are heavily vetted must have experience and must be able to pass a drug test as well as can have no felonies or DUIs/DWIs. We also utilize a fully digital system that all of our accounts can access from their computer or phone to have up to date live 24 7 information on their property and any work done or request any work that needs to be done. We pride ourselves in working with each account and customizing what we do at every location to align with the managers visions and needs.
