Brandy Rutledge

Affiliated with the Multifamily Industry for over 25 years, Brandy has worked in the Triangle and Triad Region for 13 years. Prior to moving to the Triangle, Brandy worked for many years in Owner Operator Roles in the Atlanta Market. Brandy’s multifaceted career involved holding multiple roles while working within the Multifamily Industry, starting as a Leasing Consultant working to a National Sales and Marketing Director and eventually, moving into an Outside Sales Role. Brandy is actively involved with the Triangle Apartment Association, IREM (Institute of Real Estate) and NAFE (National Association of Female Executives) and was honored to be named IREM’s Vendor Partner of the Year in 2011 as well as serve as Co-Chair of the TAA’s Public Relations and Community Outreach Committee from 2013-2014. Brandy lives near Raleigh with her 3 Children, who range in age from 13 to 26.
