Buildr Sales Consultants works with two groups inside the multifamily world: supplier partners who want to win more property management business, and owner/operators who want to lease up faster.
Most supplier partners have great relationships but no real process behind them. Proposals go out and follow-up goes quiet. Buildr helps supplier partners build the sales structure and accountability to close more consistently and show up as better partners to the owner/operators they serve.
Leasing velocity is a sales problem. If your on-site team doesn't have a consistent process for handling inquiries, following up with prospects, and closing tours, you're leaving units vacant longer than you need to. Buildr helps owner/operators put a repeatable leasing process in place so teams can fill units faster.
