Carson Woodell

Carson Woodell, CAS, is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Southern Outdoor Restoration. He initially became acquainted with the Multifamily Industry and the Triangle Apartment Association in 2018 via outreach efforts as a Sales Representative / Account Manager. Through guidance from trusted TAA Staff Members, he found the XCEL Committee, and began to invest time and energy into the Association and its members. His participation in XCEL led to an eventual co-chair position, where he served for the better part of two years ('20-'21). After a brief hiatus from leadership roles at TAA, Carson was elected to the Board of Directors in 2024 to serve a two year term. Within the Board, Carson served on the Leadership Development (Nominating) Committee for 2024, and will co-chair the Membership Growth Task Force in 2025. He is thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside his fellow Board Members, and hopes to inspire investment in the Association by peers that have taken a similar career path.
