Michelle O'Brien

With over 15 years of experience in real estate operations and property management, I’m passionate about driving efficiency, empowering teams, and creating scalable processes that deliver results.

As Director of Operations at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, I focus on business analysis, process improvement, and team development. I also serve on the Boards of Directors for the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA), helping shape strategy and advocacy for the multifamily housing industry.

I currently serve on the GCAA Bus Tour Committee, AANC Governance Committee, and as the AANC Membership Chair. I’m honored to be the incoming GCAA Supplier Council President for 2026. Previously, I’ve contributed by chairing the GCAA Membership and Next Gen Committees.

My career began with Crosland, where I specialized in affordable housing, and later advanced through leadership roles with WRH Realty Services and Rivergate KW Residential (RKW). I’m driven by a passion for coaching, process optimization, and building strong, high-performing teams.
