Steve Hayworth

Steve Hayworth is the Director of Maintenance for Drucker + Falk and is responsible for the oversite of all maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects for the company’s portfolio of nearly 30,000 units. He has worked in the apartment industry for over 33 years, and holds General, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Home Inspector licenses for the State of North Carolina. Steve is a CPO Instructor and an EPA, CFC Proctor. He has been an instructor for TAA since 1999 and was elected to a two-year term on the board in 2002. During this time, he also co-chaired the Membership Committee. Steve also enjoys spending time with his family, boating and traveling!
