Century Trinity Estates Apartments (now called 501 Estates), a 270-unit property in Durham, was purchased by Spyglass-Durham, LLC from Centennial Addington Farms LLC for $49 million.

The Courtyard Apartments, a 53-unit property in Raleigh, was purchased by 1527 Crest Road LLC from Schrader Properties for $3.4 million.
