TOPS Awards Feature - Danielle Leach

Winning the TOPS Outstanding Owner/Operator Volunteer award was such an incredible honor. This industry has given me so much more than a career; it has given me friendships, mentors, opportunities to grow, and a community that I truly love being a part of. 

Volunteering with TAA has given me the opportunity to give back to an industry that has poured so much into me, and some of my favorite memories and relationships have come from simply showing up, getting involved, and saying yes when there was an opportunity to help. 

Receiving this award reminded me that the time and energy we give to our industry really does make an impact. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and volunteered alongside me. Winning was an amazing moment, but being part of this community and helping make it stronger is what means the most to me.
