Winning an individual TOPS award was recognition for the relationships I've built, the trust of my clients, and the support of everyone who has been part of my journey. Being recognized by peers in an industry I care deeply about was truly an honor.
What would you say to someone who is considering nominating a coworker or submitting a nomination for their team/community?
We often get so focused on the day-to-day responsibilities of our jobs that we forget to celebrate the people around us. A nomination is more than just an application. It's a way to recognize dedication, hard work, and the impact someone has on others.
What makes the multifamily industry special to you?
Every day, we have the opportunity to help create places that people call home. Everyone working in multifamily plays a role in enhancing the resident experience, creating community. That's what makes this industry unique and rewarding for me.
Who helped you get to where you are today?
I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible people throughout my career, but no one has played a more pivotal role in my success, or in the success of our company, than Ryan Franklin.
