Franklyn Rodriguez

Franklyn Rodriguez, CAPS, CAMT, is the Regional Maintenance Director at Willow Bridge Property Company. He previously worked with Blue Ridge Companies Inc. and has been in the apartment industry for over 20 years. He earned his NAAEI Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) credential in 2010 and his NAAEI Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credential in 2015. He is also CPO and CFC certified. Franklyn has actively volunteered with TAA for 17 years and currently serves as the 2025 President, as well as on the Government Affairs Committee, Education Committee, and various other committees. In his free time, Franklyn enjoys attending Duke football and basketball games and playing golf. He loves being a member of the TAA.
