About the Speaker, Mindy McCorkle
Mindy McCorkle spent decades directing operations for property management companies before she started Enhancement Talent Development where Mindy focuses on identifying and enhancing talent through workshops, seminars, keynote presentations, individual coaching, and consulting. She has more than 30 years of experience in management, sales, operations, and leadership but don’t let that fool you! She's refreshing and original and has a motivational presentation style. Folks frequently comment on Mindy’s approachability and authenticity, and view her as an inspiring leader and mentor.
She has a long list of awards but is most proud of being named the National Apartment Association’s Designate of the Year, being inducted into the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s prestigious Education Hall of Fame, and being named the GCAA’s Instructor of the Year TWICE. She is a graduate of the National Apartment Association’s Advanced Instructor Training Program and excels at facilitating exceptional learning experiences.
