Join us for a night to remember! Come celebrate our 35th Anniversary in style at the newly renovated Embassy Suites. We'll have a DJ, dancing, live event painting, a photo booth, and more!

Attendee Tickets:

$99 Early Bird through September 30 | Members & Guests

$125 Begins October 1 | Members & Guests

Table Reservation - $150 each, limited amount available. Limit 2 tables per company.

  • Live Event Painting – The event will be painted, right in front of your eyes, for an unforgettable experience. This will move throughout our event space. After the event, you will have an opportunity to purchase a print of the finished painting for $35.
  • Photo Booth – Join us at the Photo Booth for fun photos from the evening.
  • DJ and Dancing
  • Photo Area – There will be a designated area for a professional event photo. These can be purchased from a link on the TAA website after the event.

Dinner Menu Stations / Displays

  • Chef Attended/Action Pasta Station with Shrimp and Chicken – two pastas with choice of sauce, toppings/mix-ins, shrimp and chicken
  • Tenderloin Chef Carving Station with appropriate accompaniments (rolls, sauces/mustard, etc.) – Warm grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes
  • Antipasto Display
  • Spinach & Artichoke Dip and Hummus with pita
  • Mini Desserts – Chef’s selection of items

Every attendee will receive one beverage ticket good for the purchase of our Signature Drink, Wine, Beer, or Soda

Bars can accept cash or credit cards.

Attire: Formal Attire, Black Tie Optional

VIP Formal Wear in Raleigh (Crabtree Valley mall, Triangle Town Center Mall or S. Wilmington Street), in Greensboro (Four Seasons Mall) or in Winston Salem (Hanes Mall) is offering a discount on tuxedo rentals. 

For a basic black classic cut tuxedo coat, black flat front pants, white shirt of their choosing, and vest/tie and basic black patent tux shoes for $89.95 plus tax/cleaning fee ($105.05 with those fees) and $40 off any slim fit tuxedo package. I would need all orders placed no later than October 25, 2019. If it is a later than that, a $20 Express Fee will be added to the price.
