TAA hosts bi-monthly education sessions targeting Independent Rental Owners (IROs). The group meets on the third Tuesday every other month for a lunch meeting featuring guest speakers.
The topic for August's meeting:
Evictions Update and Best Practices presented by Emma Wingfield, with Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC
Tuesday, August 16th from 12-1:30.
The event will be in-person at TAA and will include lunch.

Emma joined L&B in 2017 after deciding to leave the practice of criminal law. Most of her day is spent in the courtroom advocating for our clients, advising clients, negotiating cases, reviewing cases, and assisting the RDU office with anything else needed. Outside of the office, Emma is a huge Atlanta Braves fan and loves to travel.
