Jim Allen - Owner of the Jim Allen Group - Heading up the Triangle's top real estate firm in sales, Jim Allen knows real estate in the Triangle! His firm, Jim Allen Group, has been ranked by Triangle Business Journal as the #1 real estate team in the Triangle since 1998.

Kelli Lea - Regional Manager with Greystar and the 2020 President of the Triangle Apartment Association - As the 2020 President of the Triangle Apartment Association and more than a decade-long career in multifamily, Kelli knows multifamily housing and leasing. Greystar has the largest portfolio of apartment units in the Triangle and throughout the world. Recently acquiring more than 160,000 units from Alliance Residential, Greystar manages several of the Triangle's top apartment communities.

Allison Moriarty - VP of Sales at M/I Homes - Allison has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with M/I Homes Raleigh Division since November 2010. She has been in the new construction industry for over 20 years, having worked previously with two other national home builders and smaller custom builders in the Triangle market. Allison is also the Past Chair for the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC) and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the HBA of Raleigh-Wake. She is married with two teenage daughters (her BIGGEST accomplishment!) and is very passionate about her job!

Whitney Nye - Sales Associate at Costar - Whitney is currently a Sales Associate with CoStar Group.
