This is Us: Sydney & Nicole

This is Us,

THIS IS SYDNEY AND NICOLE!

TAA's Membership Committee created the This is Us series to showcase the lasting friendships that can grow when working together as volunteers at TAA.

The stories in our series follow a Supplier member and an Owner-Operator member in a conversation surrounding how they met and started doing business together, as well as the professional growth they’ve experienced after becoming TAA members.

Nicole Coschigano & Sydney Bryan

Nicole Coschigano, Property Manager at Sterling Glenwood Apartments with Grubb Properties, and Sydney Bryan, Senior Coordinator with The Liberty Group, initially met over email by doing business together. They finally met in person through TAA at an After Work Networking Event.

Sydney says “It was super exciting to be able to interact and have a face with a name. Being involved in TAA has helped us get to know each other on an even playing field where we're both just friends who are serving and working towards a greater purpose, instead of just a client/customer relationship we typically have. We've been able to get to know each other on a more personal level and connect. There's no other way to get all of our clients together in one place other than with TAA so it's great for growing our professional networks, but also finding new people who are in the same field as you that you connect with on a personal level. The friends made through TAA have become my family and I've been able to get to know people that I normally would have never had the opportunity to interact with!”

Nicole and Sydney’s professional relationship strengthened through their TAA connection and allowed them to become friends.
