Treasury Issues Guidance for Emergency Rental Assistance Program

The Department of Treasury has published a revised version of their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). These FAQs may be supplemented by additional future guidance, but for the moment, this document should serve as guidance for participating housing providers and covers topics such as program eligibility, the application process, and payment details.
