Maintenance Mania & TAA's Service Appreciation

When you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the following documents: (1) Participant Information Form & Liability Waiver, (2) Participant Rule Book (available in both English and Spanish), (3) Race Car Competition Information and (4) the SmartComfort By Carrier Air Conditioner Repair Game Instructions (this is a new game for 2017-2018). The competition will be held from 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM on the Floor of the PNC Arena. Competitors should plan to arrive at 12:00 PM to check in their race car and have time to practice. Spectators should plan to arrive and be in your seats by 1:30 PM. Seating is first come, first – served in the seating bowl. We will have reserved sections so make prior arrangement with your group so that you may sit together.

Awards and prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place for each of the skill-based games, the Race Car Competition and the Overall Winners. There will also be a “Spirit Award” which will be presented to the winning Management Company. And, there will be a “Best Use of Maintenance Supplies” and “People’s Choice” awarded for the Race Car Competition. Important to Note: This event serves as a Qualifying Program for the 2018 Maintenance Mania® National Championship.

Free for Competitors and $15 for Spectators. We encourage our Management Company and Apartment Community Teams to show their spirit and support for their Maintenance Team Members who are competing. What does that mean? Come to the event. Wear company t-shirts, bring noise makers or pompoms and make signs to support those competing. Get creative! Need some hints? A Cash/Credit Card Bar will be available.

Networking will begin at 5:30pm with a Buffet Dinner at 6:30pm. The event ends at 8:00 PM.

The Pig Pickin’ menu includes NC BBQ Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Cole Slaw, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Hushpuppies, Rolls, Banana Pudding, Tea and Water. A Cash/Credit Card Bar will be available.

Throughout this event, our Service Team Members will have the opportunity to win raffle prizes.

$30 for Service Team Members and $35 for other TAA Members and Guests.
