Laurel Springs Apartment Homes, a 122-unit property in Raleigh, was purchased by Equus Capital Partners from Investcorp for $12.25 million.

Laurel Oaks Apartments, a 164-unit property in Raleigh, was purchased by Equus Capital Partners from Investcorp for $16.5 million.

Madison Hunters Glen, a 180-unit property in Raleigh, was purchased by Equus Capital Partners from Investcorp for $16.9 million.

The Villages of Chapel Hill, a property in Carrboro, was purchased by Cedar Grove Partners from QR Capital for $34.5 million.
