Pointe at Crabtree, a 336-unit property in Raleigh, was purchased by Dermot Company from Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America for $46.1 million.

Stonesthrow Apartments, a 144-unit property in Durham, was purchased by Magma Equities LLC from Stonesthrow Apartments LLC for $15.4 million.
