Raleigh Issues Request for Proposals (RFP) - Downtown Rental Housing Development 

About the RFP

The City is seeking proposals for the development of rental housing on two City-owned lots to be made available through a long-term land lease. 

To be considered, proposals must set aside at least 20% of the total units within the development as affordable rental units to households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

The City is hosting a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference on June 26 at 2 p.m. for prospective proposers. Please register in advance to attend the webinar.
