This is Us: Natalie + Nicole

This is Us,

This is Us: Natalie & Nicole

TAA's Membership Committee created the This is Us series to showcase the lasting friendships that can grow when working together as volunteers at TAA.

The stories in our series follow a Supplier member and an Owner-Operator member in a conversation surrounding how they met and started doing business together, as well as the professional growth they’ve experienced after becoming TAA members.

Nicole Coschigano with Grubb Properties, and Natalie Wooters with Redi Carpet, met several years ago and have been friends ever since.

"Natalie has a gracious spirit, and is genuinely friendly with an authentic desire to help others," Nicole said. "She's a consummate professional in any field she's in. First property management, then staffing, and now flooring. Natalie is one of my favorite vendors, for many reasons. She always tells the truth and keeps her word, understands the constraints of this business, has sponsored our events, brought my team lunch and once she brought me flowers when she knew I was having some personal difficulty."

"I love Nicole!" Natalie said, "I can always count on her as a friend, and have enjoyed getting to know her over the years."

Natalie and Nicole's friendship is an excellent example of the kind of relationships that can be developed by participating in events and committes at TAA. They've seen each other through many phases in life. No matter where they find themselves working within this industry, they manage to find one another, and contribute to each other’s success and joy.
