NLOL Unit Renovation Project Info Webinar
Earlier this morning we hosted an Info Session Webinar about our Unit Renovation Project with A New Lease on Life and Family Promise of Wake County. Below is a recording of the webinar and all the referenced materials. Our goal is to renovate units 2 and 3, simultaneously, between October 21, 2019 and November 8, 2019. Project Scope of Work (Outline of project)

While the items within each apartment will match, the different apartment's finishings do not need to match each other. That will allow us to accept donations of overstock from shops or renovation projects!
Here are some of the items we need:
- Wall Paint (Agreeable Grey)
- Ceiling Paint (White)
- Trim Paint (White)
- Light Fixtures
- Bathroom Hardware (Faucets, towel holders, shower rod, etc.)
- Toilets & Toilet Seats
- Door Knobs
- Cabinet Knobs
- Blinds
- 6 panel doors
- Kitchen Cabinets (White; Full Plywood Box; Shaker Style; Standard Overlay)
- Countertops (10 linear ft kitchen countertop - 22 sq ft countertops - per apt (quartz preferred))
- Bath Cabinets/Sinks (30” bath vanities w/ cultured marble countertop)
- Flooring (Luxury Plank Vinyl, 6.5mm thickness 12mil wear layer with pad attached)
- Stainless Kitchen Sinks
- Bathroom Mirrors
- Smoke Detectors
- Light Switch Covers (White)
- Appliances (Fridge, Stove, Range Hood - stainless)
- Furniture (Couches, dressers, twin beds, kitchen table and chairs.)
